Daily Reservation Cancellation

All daily reservations that are cancelled with a 15-day advance notice will result in a refund equal to 50% of your deposit.

All daily reservations that are cancelled with less than 15-days notice will result in no refund.

We do not provide a refund of the deposit if you need to shorten your stay.

Should you need to reschedule your daily reservation you can do so to a future, open date without loss of deposit.
Weekly Reservation Cancellation

All weekly reservations that are cancelled with a 30-day advance notice will result in a refund equal to 50% of your deposit.

All weekly reservations that are cancelled with less than 30-days notice will result in no refund.

We do not provide a refund of the deposit if you need to shorten your stay.
Monthly Reservation Cancellation

Any monthly reservation that is cancelled with a 30-day advance notice will result in a refund of your deposit less a $35 cancellation fee.

Any monthly reservation that is cancelled with a 14-day advance notice will result in a refund equal to 50% of your deposit.
