Park Rules:

​

• Check-in time is after 1:00 pm / Check-out must occur prior to 12:00 pm.

• Safety First: Please observe a 5 MPH speed limit throughout the RV park.

• Quiet Time: From 10:00 pm to 8:00 am, we observe quiet hours.

• Site Occupancy: A limit of 4 individuals (including visitors) per site at all times.

• RV Inspection: All RVs are subject to inspection and approval by our Park’s management staff. ELM Creek reserves the right to refuse service based on RV appearance or condition. RVs older than 10 years require advance approval by management.

• Restricted Units: Pop-up trailers, pick-up campers, horse trailers, and tents are not permitted. Window A/C units are also prohibited.

• Outdoor Activities: Sleeping outside of the RV, parking boats, open trailers, and cargo trailers require approval from management.

• Vehicle Limit: There is a limit of 2 vehicles per site, all parked on the site's driveway. Parking on roads, yards, walkways, or unoccupied sites is prohibited, and violators will be towed at their expense.

• Smoking: Prohibited in common areas and buildings.

• Fire Safety: No fire, fireworks, open flame pits, or BBQs are allowed. Only grills attached to campers or RVs are permitted.

• Extended Quiet Time: Between 8:00 am and 10:00 pm daily, please be respectful of fellow campers. No exterior lights are allowed during a quiet time without management approval.

• Children: Children under 12 must be supervised at all times.

• Deck Approval: All decks must be approved by ownership before construction, and a deposit may be required.

• Appliance Placement: No refrigerators or freezers stationed outside of campers or RVs.

 

Pet Rules:

• Leash Policy: Pets must be kept on a 6-foot leash at all times. Leaving a pet unattended or tied up outside any RV is prohibited.

• Breed Restrictions: Certain breeds with a history of aggressive behaviors are not allowed. Prohibited breeds include, but are not limited to, Pit bulls, Dobermans, Rottweilers, Chow Chows, Wolf-Dog Hybrids, Akitas, Bulldogs, and similar breeds.

• Aggressive Behavior: Any pets displaying aggression will be asked to leave.

• Waste Cleanup: Pet owners must clean up after their pets in any area.

• Vaccination Requirement: Pets must have all current vaccinations, and the RV park reserves the right to request documentation.

• Restricted Areas: Pets are not allowed in public restrooms or the office on-site.
